Varanasi: History Repeated and we have Failed again

Again after a gap of almost 2 years these guys have hit back on to us. Is this really a revenge of 6^th December, don’t know I wish these people or Organization like “IM” should understand they will not get anything out of this. But now the question arises whom do we blame for such incidents? Is this really a failure of Government machineries like IB, Police etc. or may be it’s a total Government failure? I don’t know but all these news channels and news paper are reporting like it’s a complete failure of the government and its machinery and they were very proud by showing visuals as exclusive on there respective channels.

I have a question to all these news agencies who have claimed that we are the first who flashes this news on our channels and visuals are exclusive. What visuals they were talking about, blood strains, victims crying etc. Is that exclusivity! And all this Tamasha is just for TRPs. Are these channels actually showing any kind of empathy towards the victims? If so than I really feel sad about our Media. Now we really should think about whom we should blame for such incident. I know everyone’s obvious reaction would be that it's a failure of our security system.

I totally disagree with it according to me it’s a pure failure of our self. Why I am saying this. Just because we did not show our presence of mind at the time of the blast. Specially when we all know how our Police or Intelligence system works or may be more specifically Police works. And this we know since our childhood. But still we are dependent upon them for our security. Why? I give you one example. Very recently at Times Square New York a Car full of explosive was impounded by NYPD and they have averted possible blast which could have claimed many lives but nothing happened. After watching this news on TV and Newspaper our obvious reaction was because it was US and they have better security systems that is why nothing has happened there. But the fact was that it has been spotted by a pedestrian who saw the terrorist parking his car which he found very unusual so he informed the police. Otherwise it could have been an unavoidable blast which was averted by his sheer presence of mind.

Same thing could and would have happened here also if someone shows his/her presence of mind at that time. I’ve been to Varanasi so many times and have attended the Ganga ji Aarti as well and what I've noticed there. As everyone is busy finding customers for there respective work/job like “Pandas” are searching for there “Jajmaans” and “Boat walaas” looking for there “Riders” “Hawkers” busy sailing there stuff no one cares for anyone. And when such incident took place everyone says thank god I was not there or may be you’ll meet someone who will say I was there at the time of the blast I saw human flash and I’ve just crossed that place just minutes before the blast took place and will thank god for saving him.

What is this? This is not right. I don’t want to call myself Lucky instead I would love to be called a smart man who reacted at the right time. There are so many incident of such type which has taken place in the past but we’ve still not learnt our lessons. When the terrorist was placing that bomb there. His action must be suspicious and there is a are possibility that many of the visitors/Locals have noticed that, but they all have just ignored it. That ignorance caused us such an accident and loss of trade to many of the locals there. It definitely has a long after effects let’s wait and watch. we'll only watch because we are Indians and yes we can only blame someone. We can not react or act, we will not learn from our mistakes because we all know that there is someone whom we can blame for another such incident.

Let’s see when we will start crying for human kind. And for god sake stop blaming others for your fault.

Big Bang Nitish

So Nitish is back with a bang in Bihar, in spite of all propaganda made by Lalu, Ram Vilas and Congress against the Nitish Kumar’s regime, people gave their verdict to NDA in Bihar. As result shows that there is no opposition left in Bihar for next five years. Definitely it’s a very good sign for NDA alliance as in Indian Politics it use to be said who so ever will rule in Bihar and UP will rule in central too, though right now its not there but at least it gives some hope to BJP for the coming years and also it will help them in regaining their position in Uttar Pradesh.

Everyone is saying people of Bihar have voted this time for change and cast system did not work this time, as people wanted development and security instead of Castism. This year the percentage of voting in Bihar was around 49% and the Vote Share is:

This vote share shows that NItish Kumar has increased around 2 % from last election and BJP has gained around .75% which is a very nominal increase. JD(U) + BJP combined Vote Share this time is 38.8% votes, or 2.7% more in comparison to 2005 Election. though seats have increased almost 40% in comparison to 2005 election.

Vote Share percentage is often confusing because it really never gives you the right picture of the voters. As Nitish has gof 206 Seats out 243 Seats in Bihar Assembly and the Vote Share Percentage is only 38.8%.

63 Years of our Independence: Only the Rulers have changed rest is still the same

Whole of India is under the Flood at this time of the year and people don’t want much rain in the Cities of the country especially when we talk about Delhi everything was in a mess before the Rains and now the situation has worsened. Don’t know when this mess will be cleared. But one thing is good about these rains, Farming and Farmers will do well I guess at most parts of the Country except Bihar and Jharkhand. Many districts of Bihar and Jharkhand have been announced draught affected. Poor Jharkhand is mainly dependent on the Agriculture and its our bad luck that that still in this 21^st Century, our Agriculture is still dependent on the Rains and from last 5 years the People of Jharkhand have not seen quality rains which is affecting the health of the state badly specially when majority of the population dependent upon the Agriculture and not on the “Mining”.

Government of India is doing nothing to support these two states and at this difficult times. I know Leh Ladhakh is in bad Shape and many other parts of the country are also under floods but still Govt. is not doing anything and I would suggest they have to look on to these two poor states because they are not only suffering from natural calamities only but the man made threat is also there. Yes I am pointing on the Naxals. Though Mamta Banerjee has acquired an extra portfolio of Naxal department in her ministry and she thinks she’ll do only justice to this Naxal department. Sharad Powar has also no Intention of distributing food grains for free to these draught affected states or may be to any poor as he has already said that government of India is already bearing big losses in selling these grains @ Rs 2 per Kg.

My only suggestion to this government is to stop showing good pictures of the country by telling Economy of the Country is growing on some xyz rates instead think about farmers and poor countrymen they are the one who have chosen you to rule over them. Kindly don’t test the patience of these poor people. I was reading India Today and they did a survey on the most popular Prime minister of the country Mr. R Gandhi is topping that list and Mr. M Singh is at the Bottom of the list. But my suggestion to the magazine is that please try to understand this that we don’t want to know who is the most popular prime minister of the country or whom countryman want to see as their Prime minister instead what we want is the “Change” in our present situation, which is not there. In my earlier blogs I have repeatedly urged to the UPA government that please do some good for the poor countrymen. Please Understand our Economy is still dependent upon the Farming and which 70% of the population still does and not the business which only 2% of the population does. I don’t know but some how I think all the Ministers, MPs and MLAs have become touts to the Government.You just have to pay their commission and your work will be done.

Mr. R Gandhi talks about NAREGA in highest pitch of his voice as it is the most successful Programming being run by Government of India for the Poor but please go to the Villages and find out are they actually being benefited with it I am sure the answer would be a BIG NO.

India Today’s survey says that Mr. Singh is at no 5 on the Favorite Prime Minister’s list. Why is it so? He is serving his second term and still at no 5 Why? Because he has no power and neither has will to get power for a simple reason he is not a Politician by nature but has become Politician by chance and that quality is being recognized by Mrs. Gandhi and has given him the Post of P(Puppet)M. I am not against the Congress or UPA government but I want Prime Ministers like PV Narsimha Rao who had a vision and courage to take decisions and it’s because of him, we have this open economy policy in our country because of which we are flourishing today in terms of Business Development. And Mr. Singh’s only quality that he can not think on his own and because of his this hidden talent he has been given this prestigious post of Prime Minster. This regime is Like Show “Gustakhi Maaf” of NDTV the front face is only a Puppet and the Voices is being given by someone else and the movement of the Puppet is powered by someone else and it’s a successful show till now on the NDTV I can only say that these lifeless creature can not make changes is the society instead they are the burden to the society so one has to remove this burden. My humble request to all you wise men/women please start thinking about removing this burden otherwise we all will be buried under it very soon. And its not only about Congress who is damaging the country but all the other Political parties are alongside Congress, every party is being threatened by the Congress by some way or the other e.g. Gujarat’s Home Minister’s case is the latest one and in negotiation to this they have got support of BJP on N Bill in the Parliament. There is no concrete opposition for the Ruling UPA Government because of which they can do anything without any problem.

My Only Concern is “When will we see the change” I know I should not wait for the Change instead start working for the Change that is what I am doing. When will you guys wake up?

Bhopal Tragedy and the Judgment Disaster

Union Carbide escaped unhurt in Bhopal Gas leak accident. Unbelievable when more then 15000 people have lost their lives at one go and thousands of survivors still suffering from after effects, nothing has happened to its owners. Now after the verdict I do believe in “Justice delayed is justice denied”. My question is “who is responsible?” Government is not responsible in this case in spite of giving permission to the company to open their Plant in Bhopal and neither the Carbide Union is responsible because they have given employment to thousands of unemployed population of Bhopal. So that means they have done Favor to the Bhopalians and also to the Government of India. That means here we can say “Maut aai hui thi isilye way log wahan thay” (Death was certain that is why those people were there). But still question remains unanswered that who is responsible? Lets assume because of certain reason that chamber exploded and this accident took place. It was just by chance that Bhopal became the sufferer.

Today every news Channel and Print media is highlighting the incident on their front page and at prime time and every angel is being scrutinized by every one. Topic of discussion is “if this could have done this will not have happened and how Mr. Warren Anderson escaped without punishment” everyone including me knows this very well that we can’t do anything. I can only write and show my anger against this incident. That’s my way of showing anger against the culprits. But are we actually interested in discussion or may be we’ll only discuss this with few colleagues of our and blame government for this. Don’t you think we ourselves are responsible for such incidents I have a reason for blaming ourselves for this. We are the one who doesn’t understand the importance of human life. Wherever we go we see so many incidents in which human life is involved in someway or the other e.g. while driving there are times when you have seen accident and you want to help but not doing so because you are getting late for somewhere or may be someone very important is waiting for you or may be you think why do we indulge ourselves in such mess someone will help him. And believe me that someone is not the culprit because either he never arrives or arrive late. And what happen to that guy we never bother because we go home and sleep peacefully by just thinking it did not happen with me and will never happen to me as I am the privilege child of all mighty God. This is the thought process of ours. We just go back home and forget whatever happened around us.

Let’s come back to the point there are so many reasons behind this tragedy. I believe It was all money game which was involved right from the opening up of Plant in Bhopal till the time judgment delivered. And few key people were involved at that time till the time this time. Because at that time when such proposal has came to the government for opening up such type of plant where do we establish it and what all facilities would be provided to the company from the government side with some subsidies and all people must have thought on all this point. Then only they have got permission to open such factory, though The UCIL factory was established in 1969 near Bhopal. 50.9% was owned by Union Carbide Corporation (UCC) and 49.1% by various Indian investors.(just think about who possibly the Indian Investors). That is why I say it was a Big game which has been played between the top members of the government and the company. Luckily nothing has happened for 15 years but suddenly the night of 2-3 December proved to be a fatal night and such disaster took place.

Judgment came and accused 7 Indian officials as the culprits. No, I don’t want to believe this. According to me each and every person who so ever was involved in any which way with the company is responsible. Such thing never occurs suddenly. It was a lethal industry, company should have thought of such incident in advance because there was a possibility of such accident might take place in future and they should get themselves prepared for such type of accidents. But they have not done anything as they know that someone Big is behind them and they will escape untouched this is what has happened in the judgment. I don’t want to blame the government but can’t help it. For some money we have lost so many lives, I wish either the official or the government could have thought about inhabitants of the city.

I know nothing will change life will still go on and on……….

What does UPA stands for? Corruption or……..

Kind attention to all those people who believe in UPA Government and Rahul Gandhi’s leadership. These days every newspaper’s headlines are Sharad Pawar and its City Corp. Some days back the headline was YSR’s Son Jagan and at that time only the 3G – 2G Spectrum drama was going on and also don’t forget Mamta Banerjee’s love for Kolkatta and West Bengal in spite of Rail accidents were taking place across the country, hope you guys have also not forgotten Praful Patel’s daughter was Flying Air India. So the question arises do UPA have any CMP(Common Minimum Program) for which they are working. I don’t know about you guys, but believe me my answer is No. Everyone whosoever is in the UPA has his/her own Agenda of minting money in whichever possible manner they can and could. No politician is working towards the society and its people all of them have their own personal goals for which they are working upon. Now the election for Rajya Sabha is round the corner in which all the parties are busy finalizing their candidate for the RS birth. So this is the good opportunity for smaller parties like RLD, SP, BSP (small means in comparison to Congress) to negotiate with Congress for their own benefits e.g. Mulayam Singh has suddenly started supporting Sonia Gandhi as he very well knows that his situation as of now is very bad if he doesn’t support her probably CBI will dig his Grave same logic applies with Mayawati. But Ajit Singh has his own interest as he wants to become a National Leader of JATS through Congress as Congress doesn’t have any big JAT Face in their Party.

My point of writing all this is just that that Mr. Sharad Pawar has no interest in Agriculture, Ms. Mamta Banerjee doesn’t know where is Rail Bhawan in Delhi, Praful Patel Has his daughters and family to take care of, Jagan is fighting for his father’s Legacy and that 2G 3G minister is fighting for his own goals in Tamil Nadu. So the question arises “what about us” are we their in any count ??? I think its again a BIG NO. Congress Party is not only fighting against the NDA but also within the UPA and its own party.

• Jagan thinks that he is Bigger than Rahul Gandhi in AP.
• Sharad Pawar knows that he can speak Marathi and he is more powerful in Maharshtra than Sonia Gandhi.
• Mamta Banerjee is giving Red Face to Congress in west Bengal.
• Congress doesn’t have any ground in Tamil Nadu.
• Bihar & UP are already not there.
• Delhi is disturbed because of Shiela Dizit, JP Agarwal tussle.

Now Congress is projecting Rahul Baba as a future Leader of the country and working upon building its base specially in UP, Bihar and Bengal with the Help of Mulayam, Mamta and probably in future with Lalu ji in Bihar, but do they really think they can beat Behanji in UP, Nitish in Bihar, CPM in WB and Jagan in AP(here Jagan belongs to Congress only) and with the help of few other Leaders in other states. I know Congress knows how to rule. They’ll definitely come up with some solution as they have the past experience of dealing with such situations. And may be there is a possibility that whatever we are seeing right now can be a brain child of Congress itself, so it doesn’t look awkward in public’s eyes. And they do whatever ill they are doing freely. That means pulling Shard Pawar’s Shirt or acting against there own Jagan in AP or posing Mr Agarwal against Shiela Dixit in Delhi as is all part of the game as we all know when we live in a family we do have differences within the family (Reliamce family is a good example)so internal rivalry between the members of the same family is very obvious sometimes it comes out in open as we are seeing in Delhi against Shiela Dixit or in AP against Jagan. But one thing is very clear that we’ll never come to know about truth ever and yes in all this drama we certainly have lost our agenda of good governance. And I think we should more worry about or Future now.

I Believe we are heading towards nowhere.

Mr Munda is Back in Jharkhand

At Last the Drama in Jharkhand got over and Arjun Munda will take over from Guru ji, and will form his government. Hope this time we see a change in Jharkhand. The situation in Mineral rich state Jharkhand is not good on one hand they don’t have stable government and on another Naxals are not letting people live peacefully. Arjun Munda has arrived as a hope of new beginning in Jharkhand and I believe this time the people of Jharkhand will get their due, being a Mineral rich state the locals are living in BPL.

I think and hope Mr Munda has vision and will get the state back on track, its high time for someone to start thinking about the people of the state. I know Guru ji must have spelled milk so badly that it will take some time to clean that mess up and after we can think about some development for the people. Everything is fine in Jharkhand except for the state government. No one has got absolute majority in the State and has to depend on other party to form a government but that is the new Face of Democracy world over, people are not satisfied with usual parties they are looking for options and hung assembly is the result of that option. According to me “right to vote is the most powerful tool in Democracy” but people are not using it correctly because of this we are seeing such hung mandates in India. Anyways this not in our hands instead we can make government which works for the People.

Arjun Munda any day is much better option than Guru JI as Party like JMM doesn’t have any agenda for the inhabitants of the state though BJP also can’t make government without them but still we can now say its BJP led government in the State. My only concern is about the people of Jharkhand they are really in very bad shape. Specially in the interiors of the state where Naxals are running parallel government. Who so ever rule the state his priority should be the Naxal solution. If you really want to prosper with the people you have to come up with the solution I know this is not entirely in the hands of state government but still they have to play their part with honesty. I am sure Shibu Soren was not doing that. Now Mr Munda the new Dawn has arrived work accordingly and for the people. Business will come and go but people and the state will remain there so start thinking about the People and the State. Today its Reliance tomorrow it will be Mittal’s but defiantly they are not for the people please understand. I believe in you and I think people of Jharkhand also believe in you. So start delivering.

What’s the Problem Congress??? Huh???

After Big B its AB Baby’s turn. Wow…..What a scene!!!! Its like chain reaction after Mumbai, the reaction has reached Delhi and hit Mrs Dixit hard enough so that she forgot about Earth Hour and started thinking about her future hours as CM of Delhi, that how many hours are left and how to increase these hours. From Bombay to Delhi its Bachchan Vs Congress CMs. What a game? Just go back in time and recall the images of Mr Ashok Chavhan who was rubbing shoulders with Big B at the time of Inauguration of Worli Sea Link to Shiela Dixit sharing stage with Abhishek Bachan in Delhi, and now they are saying that they have no Idea who Invited Big B and why Abhishek Bachan’s message and his posters were not exhibited in the Earth Hour show. They both have ignored entirely the importance of both the events. One is going to help Mumbaikars in there daily commuting and another was for saving the Mother Earth from Global warming. But the importance was given to Gandhi Family.

What Mr Bachchan did wrong in his life,that he has to face such kind of insult from the hands of these idiot leaders, who are no match to his persona, in fact because of Mr Bachchan they also get some importance and mileage from Media apart from there idiotic work they perform in their respective offices.

Lets get back to the Statement which Mr Chavan gave after the event. “I did not know that Mr Bachan was invited for the event” . ha ha ha ha…. This shows the amount of sincerity he is showing towards his office and state. This means he has no idea what is going on around him and his office ( By Making such Statements).My conclusion on his becoming a CM of Maharshtra must be the reward of his work as a Gate Keeper at 10 Janpath as obviously Mrs Gandhi elected him as CM, I really don’t understand why these politician make issues out of nothing, do Marathi Manus really care who came for the inauguration and who has not. According to me I would rather care for my travel, which has been saved by opening up of this Sea Link, though I definitely would not feel good when you’ll insult our countries Icon. Please do remember our country is known out side by people Like Amitabh, SRK, Raj Kapoor, Tendulkar, Kapil Dev, Leander Paes, Mahatama Gandhi, Mother Teresa etc and definitely not by Ashok Chauhan and Shiela Dixit etc etc etc... Please I beg you to stop Licking feet of Gandhi’s do some good work find out how to stop terrorism or how will CWG will go without any problem instead of giving explanation on Amitabh Bachchan or Abhishek Bachchan. Try to understand there are people apart from Rahul ji Sonia Ji and Priyanka ji, who have given you a chance to rule over them, don’t waste the opportunity, otherwise you’ll also end up becoming a Governor of some state with no power in hand and people will forget you like you never existed.

Now we have to apply for VISA if we want to visit Mumbai or Maharshtra, and Visa will also be of different category e.g. Immigrant Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit or Transit Visa, I think this is what the Plan of “His Excellency” Mr Bal Thakray have for rest of the country. These Shiv Sainik’s have no agenda whatsoever for Mumbai or Maharshtra but are roaring like they are the only one who are actually thinking about “Marathi Manus”. If they really have concern for “Marathi Manus” than why “Marathi Manus” couldn’t see and why not elected their Party to form a government in the assembly. OK that’s a one part of the story another part is that they have made Film Industry divided. The Big Question is How???? Film Industry of Bombay is so paranoid with Shiv Sena that not a single one has came in support for SRK. In fact Abhijit has started singing Shiv Sena’s Song, though on few points he is right, I also agree why Film Industry uses Pakistani artist in Indian Films when we know we have batter talent here, reason is very simple as they all see Pakistan as a big market for Hindi movies, anyway. Let’s get back to SRK, no one is saying a single word in this context. When 26/11 took place everyone from the Film Industry came and stand at the Gateway of India and showed their solidarity like anything, but why not a single one opposing Shiv Sena now. I don’t think we want to know this answer, because we all already knew the answer very well. Right now Shiv Sena is in very bad shape in Maharshtra because of MNS and they also know that for next five years they have to sit in the opposition. Raj Thakaray had played the Role of Vibhishana in the just concluded assembly elections.

With this controversy of SRK and Shiv Sena. Our “Yuvraj”(Rahul Gandhi) is very hurt and has given the statement in Darbhanga (Bihar) that “India is for everyone and in 26/11 attack, Biharies & UP”ites were the one who saved Mumbai from the attackers”. Sir please throw some light on Mumbai Police’s role as well, aren’t they doing anything at that time, please clarify Sir. Please Sir, and do tell us what were you and your party doing at the time of attack. Specially when the government in the Centre as well as in the State was yours, why you guys didn’t reacted sharply then. Please tell us Sir we are all “Idiots” Sir we don’t look things as you do Sir. And Sir I think you are right it’s only Biharies who are efficient and have the right to go and live anywhere in this country. But tell me Sir how come you realize this suddenly, people of Maharshtra and rest of India did not understand this Sir, I think according to you it’s only Biharies who knows this, and that is why Shiv Sena is doing all this Sir, I wish if Bal Thakray also had some ground in Bihar he wouldn’t have said this and “Bhaiya Bhagao” controversy wouldn’t have started only in Mumbai. Very Good Sir I appreciate Sir. You are the only option in Bihar Sir Nitish Kumar did nothing Sir he is worst than “Lalu” Sir, how can he think about the development of Bihar, that department belongs to you and your party. Sir I have one question for you kindly tell us the Idea behind 2 CMs in one State (Meghalaya). I think your party must have thought that Meghalaya is big state and it requires 2 CM one will work in the morning shift other will take care of the night shift and yes the Duty shifts will change on monthly basis. “What an Idea Sir ji”. I know your loyalists are telling everyone that ours is a Democratic party every one has equal right, so this must have come from that only. This is a new example of Democracy which has been set by you and your party. Very Good Sir, What a Thinking Sir Meghlaya geographically is Bigger than Bihar and more populous also am I right Sir. And Nitish Kumar did shit work in Bihar in his regime by providing the jobs to the unemployed. So people of Bihar should change him this time and give you or to Lalu a chance.My request to You Mr Gandhi please do something, if you think you are the only hope than act like one. We are expecting that at least this time you’ll tell state and Centre to intervene in this issue of Maharshtra and come out with some concrete step. Put these culprits behind the bars, that’s the only option Stop thinking about Coalition Government. Do something for the country and its people. Voters of Bihar will only vote you if you and your party do something in this “Marathi Manus” issue. Don’t build palaces on illusion. We know, right now your Priority is Bihar elections but just think about People who are living in other parts of the country. Today we have Shiv Sena, MNS, Congress and NCP in Maharshtra tomorrow someone else will come in other states. There are so many other issues in our country to deal with. Solve them first start working now. Think on how to lower down the price rise. I know nothing will change in this country whether Thakray say or do something or you only give statements and go away with it, but at least for once think about people who are dying without eating and farmers committing suicide. It’s not about winning the elections Mr Gandhi. It’s about winning the hearts of your countrymen. Show your Metal we are all waiting.

Barack Obama’s Love for BPO

BPO will be soon a History in India if Mr B O implements his taxation policy for the out sourcing in the US. Some IT sector in India are calling it a populist statement made by Obama to "connect" with the people in the US again, and it will not effect much to India’s IT industry, OK lets say its fine and it will not affect much to IT sector but what about IT enabled services. Are we thinking about them as well.

50% of the US total Outsourcing is done in India. Out of which if we take bare minimum of 15% of the total work we do for USA in India if that minimal percentage also go away from here we’ll be loosing around $3 Billion a year.

It is not only about loosing foreign exchange, it’s about Young Guns loosing their jobs instantly, and the best part is, we don’t have any backup plans for them. Just think how many guys and gals in our friend circle we know who works with BPO industry. I guess, everyone must be knowing at least one person directly or indirectly. Just imagine what would be the total number of Jobless we’ll have in our country if Mr BO implement his plan in the US. Believe me this will affect everyone directly or indirectly. Are we prepared for this? For me I can say “No” I am not prepared and will not accept this. Our government or concern authority has to do something. I am not saying that we should totally dependent on the US market but this is an Economic Age and trade is the main source of Income for any country. Our relation with Pakistan is worst but still we do business of several thousand corers yearly. That means we have to act fast or be prepared for another epidemic. This time it will be called BPO Virus.

Its not only call centre who’ll loose their business. Every associate service provider whether he is involved with the BPO directly or indirectly will loose his business. Right now we are only looking at big loses and ignoring the side effects. Let’s say if all the BPOs have to shutdown their business in India. What will happen to:-

1. Cab Industry

2. Real Estate Developers (who will take space in the IT parks in different cities of the country)

3. How will people commute from one place to another (In Delhi these Cab drivers take passengers on their way back)

4. Canteen Business

5. Multiplexes

6. Purchasing Power (Banking)

7. Brand Industry (Clothing)

8. What about automobile industry. The List is endless…..

In India scenario has changed in last 10 years nobody knew a decade back what does BPO stands for or What is a Call Centre???? At that time situation was different our population was less. Economic revolution in India was just knocking the door for new Business ventures. But now all these businesses are set, now a slight movement will affect the economy very badly. Every person in India is attached to BPO industry directly or indirectly it will affect him/her defiantly.

Though we have good track record of past in coming out of our earlier problems, like we’ve not much affected in 2008 October Share Market Crisis and also at the time of nuclear test in 1998. But this time it is hitting directly to the service industry. May be we’ll come out unhurt, but for that we have to act smart and act now.

My Name is Thakray

Now the new row over SRK has started in Mumbai, as we all know that every one in “Bombay” is an attention seeker no matter whether it’s Bal Thakray, Raj Thakray or SRK main motto is to be in news. SRK has his own commercial reason for his statement on IPL and Pakistani Player (though he has smartly said “if his team has space he won’t mind taking player from any country”). But people like Bal Thakray who has to tell Marathis that he love Maharshtra more than anyone else and the best part is that no one believes him so he has found the way of communicating his love for his motherland. I wish he should have thought about whole of India instead of Maharashtra and Mumbai only. Today politics is more about Vote Bank. And Bal Thakray and his party knows, because of Raj Thakray they could not able to form a government in Maharshtra and they just don’t want to loose anymore ground in Maharshtra. What I think that Thakray Dynasty has become more like Ambani Brothers. The only difference is that Ambani Separated after the death of their father Dhiru Bhai, and have further flourished business in big way, but with Thakrays its other way round, now what has happened here that, Marathi Manus is confused in their mind in finding out who is the “Real Maratha” Cha Cha Bal Thakray or Bhatija Raj Thakray. Believe me its difficult for me as well though I am an outsider.

Shilpa Shetty is right in her statement, she said its my team and there are issues in taking Pakistani players, as they will come here we have to provide them security and will face problem from political parties who’ll defiantly going to disturb wherever we play. What I think Pakistani Players are not great performers. They play only good when its their day other wise we all have seen in this just concluded series in Australia they have not won a single first class match game and Pakistan has won the T20 World Cup by fluke last year, otherwise they don’t deserve the trophy, above all al of them have played in ICL. And Its Franchisee owners decision whom to take and whom not to take, it has nothing to do with Pakistan and its player. Shiv Sena has also said they will not allow Australian Players to play in Maharashtra. I think we should not connect this with Pakistani Players issue as Indians are being attacks in Australia by Australians. Why Can’t we stop going to Australia specially when we got message from External Affair Ministry that don’t go to Australia. But we Indian think that we have a better future abroad. And what future we have there everyone knows “Driving a Cab, working in a Ware House or Cleaning Toilets at the Airports. This is the Future.

I Don’t know who will achieve what by giving these kind of statements whether its Shiv Sena or SRK, these guys have to do something for the betterment of the society instead of fighting over what SRK has said or why north Indian have come to Mumbai.

Mr. Sharad Pawar "The Dream Merchant"

In Lok Sabha the Congress Tally stands with 208 Representatives, where Mr. Sharadchander Govindrao Pawar has 9 MPs from his party NCP, and he holds the important portfolio of Agriculture Ministry in Government of India. Govindrao is an old Congressman, who started his career from congress in 1967 when he won the assembly seat in Maharshtra, than in 1978 -79 he left Congress and became CM of Maharashtra in a coalition government. In 1980 he again join back Congress and became the president of the party in 1981. Than one fine day he realize that he has the caliber to become the prime minister of India. So he thought why not lets work on this and now when he wants to become PM of the country so he has to do something. But the What??? Which he (according to me) he doesn’t know???? So he thought lets take Sonia Gandh’s foreigner issue because he knew till the time Sonia Gandhi is leading the party he has no chance of fulfilling his dream. Till the time Gandhi Dynasty is there he will never be able to fulfill his dream because when Sonia Gandhi will vacate the Seat Rahul or Priyanka will take over as Congress Chief., because Congressmen believes that they don’t have anyone of that Caliber who can lead the party on the country specially at the time of elections.. And I am not denying this fact as its very true, as my country men look up to Gandhi’s as there “mybaap”. Now lets go back to Mr Govindrao who wants to become the PM, but how??? This is we have to find out.

Anyway Sonia is a foreigner that is all right, but now she is living in India from last 40 years or may be more than that. Why we are still nagging this? We will except Mother Teresa as an Indian but not Sonia Gandhi why? Can someone explain it me please. Sharad Pawar very well knows that he can not form a government on his own in Maharshtra also, but he is seeing a dream of becoming the PM of the country. Couple of days back I saw in some news channel he was saying “raising the commodity price is not only my decision Manmohan Singh PM is also involve in this”. I don’t know whether PM is also a part of this or not but definitely you as a subordinate to PM you can not take his name like this. Ethically it’s wrong. I know people will think do we really have ethics in politics. May be not but when you think yourself better than Mayawati,Mulayam or Lalu then you have to act like that only I am not blaming you for the Price rise but atleast don’t give loose statements in Public. We all know Mr. Singh has no power in his hand but still he is the PM of our country. Please respect his post atleast.

Another latest Incident of Mr Pawar was on Republic Day he did not turn up at the Parade, where all the cabinet and state ministers were present but Mr. Pawar was absent inspite of his ministry’s Tableau was marching in the Parade. I saw Mamta waving at Railway’s Tableau, Mr Gill was waving when CWG Tableau went. The Only VIP Mr Pawar was not there.

Prices are rising and they will keep rising till the time "we" the people won’t react.. .

Democracy in our country

At times my mind goes absurd as there are so many problems which we are having in our day to day life which is not even funny, I am not selfish here or may be yes I am selfish but believe me it is related to all of us. I wonder how much we can avoid, I know right now the life is going smooth with not much of problem, but still there is something which we all are ignoring and that will definitely going to haunt us in near future. I have a list of Issues which we are facing these days. I don’t know any government will solve these issues as it has been created by them only.

The definition of Democracy is “the government by the people and for the people”, but now a days definition has changed, and now it is “by the people but not for the people” instead it is for the political parties who are helping some other Political party to form a government in state or in the country. As we all know our country is running on coalition. Who is to be blame for this coalition government it’s really the voters, no I am sorry I have a different opinion on this according to me we can not blame voters. Why can’t a Voter choose his/her own candidate/party whom he thinks & believe will be good for the society, I have a question Why do we have opposition in the Legislature/Parliament? Those who are sitting in opposition and those who have formed the government have been chosen by the same voters. It is only a difference of few thousand or hundred of votes which has decided the winner. Before going into winning and loosing issue I have some data to tell you, as percentage of polling in our country is around 50 – 60%. 40% of the total population does not take part in the electoral process. That means they are not interested in any political party. Now I am coming back to my point where the 60% of the population who actually votes has so many candidate to choose from. Now those 60% voters Vote will further divide into several candidates in a particular constituency, out of which some XYZ candidate will win from some XYZ party. Now when we calculate the percentage of total vote that winning candidate has got, it would be around some 20% of the 60% of votes casted there. If we calculate his/her total votes with the total electoral list we’ll find that only 15% of the population want him/her as there representative in the legislature/parliament. And when he/she goes to the assembly/parliament he support some XYZ party or take some XYZ Party's help to form the government at the centre whose candidate he might have fought against in his/her constituency. I am sure this is not what voters have wished for. "Voters matters only till voting day after that there is no role of his", this is very true. We only say ours is a democratic country but for Sure this is not Democracy…….

Amar Singh Fan Club...

Everyone is talking about why Mr Bachhan suddenly started praising Mr Modi, its so obvious Amitabh is praising Modi because his movie "Paa" has been made Tax free in Gujrat by Mr Modi. But still media is connecting this with Amar Singh quitting Samajwadi and Amitabh is making ground for him to join BJP. In my opinion it has nothing to do with Amar’s quitting Samajwadi it’s a pure business strategy in which Amitabh is gaining something for his movie in Gujrat and Modi will gain something from Amitabh Praising him, might be a possibility that Amar Singh also gain something out of it, as Amitabh is his "Baday Bhaiya". And all this all Politicians do understand very well.

I heard “Paa” is a good movie and father Amitabh is doing all this for his son Abhishek as he is only popular with “What an Idea Sir ji”, and Father Amitabh wants him to become popular in movies as well.

So Amar Singh going to XYZ party will not effect Amitabh Bachan, as any day he is much bigger then any Amar Singh in this world. But what my interpretation of this situation is that Amar Singh wants to join Congress not NCP but Sonia ji is not interested. In this case my best wishes are with Amar as he is an Old Congress man we all know he describes him as a close associate of Madhav Rao Scindhia in his(Amar) early political days. Hope you succeed in getting into Congress. Though Mr Mulayam Singh "YADAV" is saying that he’ll not accept your resignation, hope you’ll convince him to accept your resignation , and atleast this time you leave the Samajwadi Party. Because according to Samjwadies the way your(Amar Singh) lifestyle is, it does not suits to a samajwadi, and this is what the concern and problem with Mulyam Singh’s loyalists as they think neither you behave like a Samajwadi nor you look like a Samajwadi.
